While attending Tremper, Ken was involved in the Tremper newspaper and was editor his senior year. After graduating in 1979, Ken attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He was very active in the campus newspaper and was editor for two years.He enjoyed writing, seeing and reviewing movies, and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.
He moved to Marble Falls, Texas in 1984, where he was a reporter for the newspaper. Ken died in a swimming accident at Lake Marble Falls.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Elva Meyer, in 1976.
