Oregon National Guard Sgt. Michael Baker was called to active duty shortly after Sept. 11, 2001. His unit trained at Ft. Carson, CO. for his deployment to the Sinai, Egypt. He will be in Egypt until the first part of the year 2003. His family is very proud of him and prays for his safe return.
